I begin my Real Estate journey with Tom Schooley in 2007, while I was pregnant with my daughter Taylar. We looked at numerous condos and townhomes throughout the summer. After looking at a number of them, I decided it just wasn’t my time to buy.
I contacted him a few more times in the next few years when I found a place that peaked my interest. He was always more than ready to set up a showing for any place I was interested in. But the time still wasn’t right for me.
 In the fall of 2009 I began to look again. I was determined to buy this time and wanted to close in time to get the Buyer’s rebate. Tom was up for the challenge. We looked at numerous condos and townhomes. Tom was always willing to work around my schedule, which wasn’t easy as I work full-time and am a single mother. We searched until we found the perfect house for Taylar and me.  Tom worked very intensely with the Seller and through difficult bank situations to make sure that I got the best deal and closed in time to get my rebate.  I closed on my townhome January 22, 2010, one of the best days in my life! At the time I didn’t have living room furniture. Tom and his wife Paula furnished the living room with some of their own furniture. Taylar and I couldn’t be happier in our townhome. Tom made the home buying experience very enjoyable with his patience, kindness and dedication to finding the perfect house for my daughter and me. I can’t ever thank him enough. Not only did I find my dream home, but Taylar and I also gained a great friend. Thank you Tom!
